Shipping policy

If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 3 business days from the time you placed it. Depending on the items in your order, your shipment may come from both U.S. and international locations. Due to this, you may receive multiple packages for one order. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first and ship the pre-order items once back in stock. The estimated waiting time for each pre-order item is stated on the product page. Shipments are not processed during weekends.
The order shipping address is based on the delivery address you filled in when placing the order. If you need to change, please contact with ubrasofficial@ubras.com.cn before the order is sent, once the order has been sent, we will not be able to change the address for you, please check carefully before placing the order.

  • United States:
We ship orders to 48 contiguous states.
We currently CANNOT ship to PO BOX, APO/FPO addresses. U.S. Protectorates/Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands.
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all US orders of $75+, a flat rate of $9.99 for all US orders less than $75. Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 1- 3 weeks depending on the shipping location and destination.

  • Canada:
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all Canadian orders of $100+, a flat rate of $25.00 for all Canada orders less than $100. Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 2- 4 weeks depending on the shipping location and destination.

  • Asia:
We offer Free Shipping for all Asian orders of $100+.
A flat rate of $9.99 for all Asian orders less than $100. Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 1- 3 weeks depending on the shipping location and destination.

  • UK & EU:
We offer Free Shipping for UK & EU orders of $200+.
A flat rate of $15.99 for all UK & EU orders less than $200. Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 1- 3 weeks depending on the shipping location and destination.

  • International: ( Excluding the United States, Asia, the United Kingdom and the European Union, Canada)
We offer Free Shipping for all International orders of $300+.
A flat rate of $50 for international orders less than $300. Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 3- 5 weeks depending on the shipping location and destination.


*Once orders arrive in their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
