Refund policy


We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
  1. For all US orders, you have a maximum of 30 days to make returns. The 30 day timeframe starts from the date your orderships. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns by mail are subject to a $9.99 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the shipping date. (Note: For all Canada orders, please return to our warehouse in USA). No returns made after 30 days from the shipping date will be accepted. For other international orders, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
  2. After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 30 days after the shipping date. And choose your own shipping method and at your own cost.
  3. Other regions have not opened return service for the time being. You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
How do I make a return?
  1. Find our Return Center
  2. Enter your order number and the email you entered when you purchased your order.
  3. Select the item(s) you want to return, explain why, and submit them.
  4. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
  5. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the shipping date.

*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.

How do I find the return label I generated?
The label gets sent in the email which you entered in your return request.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging.
  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear. We cannot offer refunds if their original tags/packaging has been broken.
  2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Important Notice:
  1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
  2. Please make sure you don't include non-Ubras items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  3. Our free returns are only available for US orders, orders outside the US will not be returned.
Refunds
  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your package. The refund will be back to the original payment account.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-7 working days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  1. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact ubrasofficial@ubras.com.cn within 90 days after your order was first placed.
